If you have started journeying on the path to greatness, congratulations! But if it seems unachievable, take a look at this, it’ll motivate you to go ahead on the path without looking back, when the vision is seemingly unachievable.
- Everything that has a beginning must surely have an ending.
I congratulated you at the beginning if you have started what you have conceived will take you to greatness in life. The reason is because everything that has a beginning surely must have an ending. If you know this, you will never give it a thought to turn back from the path to your greatness. Since you’ve started, definitely you’re going to get to your destination. It’s a rule that can never be changed.
- Hardly will you find a path without its challenges.
What’s it that wants to make you to drop the vision for another. If it’s not a genuine reason, then it should be the challenges you’re presently facing on the path. Every path in life has its ups and downs. This is a reality whether you believe it or not. Therefore, it’s not a big deal that you’re facing challenges in your chosen career, or in that project you’re presently undertaken. It’s normal, when it doesn’t come at all, that is when you have to give it a re-think whether to go ahead or halt.
- There are rules and regulations applicable to every path.
As there are many types of roads that are open to motorists, there are rules and regulations guiding each of them. The same applies to every path to greatness. There are rules and regulations to follow to the letter. Have you learned the rules that are applicable to your chosen path to greatness? No wonder you want to go back, just because you don’t know much about your chosen path. It’s always frustrating when you don’t know the rules of a game. Instead of you turning back to retire from the path, it’s better to give it a break and learn the rules of the game.
- There are official personnel you need to bow to on every path.
In the roads of life, as there are rules and regulations you have to follow, there are also officials that are enforcing the rules and making sure they are obeyed. Any attempt to disobey them called for a penalty, which can lead to frustration on the journey to greatness. There are people that have been empowered on the same path you’re treading for greatness, either by experience, or the success they have recorded. You need to seek knowledge from their mouths in order to make it to the end.
- Don’t be distracted by the accidents on your paths.
There are no road on earth that has not recorded one kind of accidents or the other. Should we then stop using it because an accident has occurred? Failures are simply people that have given up just because they have made a mistake or failed once. Every successful person there is today has failed at least once yesterday. It is normal for you to fail at least once in life. If you have never failed in school before, the real life scenario is different. As trials precede perfection, so also failures precede successful accomplishments. You shouldn’t be distracted by failures, they are the fuels that should keep you going on the path of greatness.
- Be nice to accident victims on your journey to greatness.
Often times, most accidents that happen were not caused by the victims. It may be caused by bad roads, poor weather conditions, newly developed mechanical faults, etc. Hence, we have to be kind to all accidents victims that we are travelling on the same path to greatness with – those that have failed and grounded looking for help to rise again. They should not be neglected on the basis of competition for life, it shouldn’t be a ‘do or die’ affair, you may need them later. If you help them, you’ve made them your friends. You can’t get there alone, if you do at all, it’ll take a longer time. You need friends to achieve it
- Regulate the speed with which you move on the path to greatness.
It’s not how far but how well. Desperation does evil more than good to any man on earth. Slow and steady, they say, wins the race. Moving at the speed of light does not necessarily mean you’re going to get there, there are situations and obstacles that will necessitate slowing down your speed. You don’t need to be forced to slow down your speed, do it on your own sanely!
Wishing you a safe journey to a point of all-round freedom in life!

Your post encouraged me, say a prayer, might have found HUD housing, as I am homeless with two other males on SS.

I don’t understand HUD and SS! Notwithstanding, I hope people are willing to render help to those who are in need outside of Africa. Notwithstanding, I’m very sure God will send help on your way in Jesus’ name. He is our help in the present time!

Thank You Peter, but the amount of low income outside of Africa is very real, and I am hopeful in Christ, that you are right that the heavenly realms take over what I as a human am not able to handle. Blessings, Jackie

Interesting Peter and some good advise and yes we remember too that we need to seek The Lord to live our lives in full Victory, with a Christian focus and God’s values.
Jesus when we ask wholeheartedly will lead us into all Truth through the Empowering of The Holy Spirit, we ask for His Wisdom which none of us were born with and His empowering too.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the Principal thing therefore get Wisdom and with all thy getting get Understanding.
Colossians 2:2-3 That their Hearts might be comforted, being knit together in Love and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God and of the Father and of Christ in whom are hid all the Treasures of Wisdom and Knowledge.
1John 2:26-28 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you and ye need not that any Man Teach you but as the same anointing Teacheth you of all things and is Truth and is no lie and even as it hath Taught you ye shall abide in Him.
Psalm 32:8I will instruct you and Teach you in the way you shall go. I will guide you with Mine eye.
2 Timothy 3: 17 All Scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the Man of God may be Perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (KJV).
Blessings – Anne.

I’m pleased you liked the Scripture I shared Peter, I pray for God’s leading when I comment. Wonderful that your followers are all Christians who believe and put God first, no doubt you have shared the need to do this in another one or more of your Posts, I would love the links to them, yes it’s so uplifting to read what Christians share when their focus is on Him and not on the Worlds agenda.
Blessings – Anne.

This is a very good article that depicts our journey in this valley of tears similar to the path pilgrims take on their way to the holy sites. If you look at my avatar you will see a small path in the middle of the vineyards that was taken in Ricaldone, Piemonte, the little town where my grandfather Morizio was born. I chose it because I do believe hat we are travelling across our lives, preceded by our ancestors and followed by our children. When they speak of the future I always point backwards, not forward, like the Native Americans do. Arrivederci!
