Health is Wealth

To stay wealthy, just try to avoid the following as much as possible.
1. Over-eating of foods: This is not conducive to health.
2. Wrong habits of thought: Giving expressions to negatives.
3. Wrong use of, and over-indulgence in sex.
4. Lack of proper physical exercise.
5. An inadequate supply of fresh air: Improper breathing can lead to fatigue, weakness, and eventually sickness. Avoid this!
